I used this company in February 2018 when we travelled to Las Vegas for ten days. We have two dogs & two cats & have never had to use this type of service before so were very apprehensive. I spoke in detail with Rich about our requirements & he came to the house to meet us & explain how he could help. We decided on the best options (Rich staying in the house overnight & his colleague Mandy walking the dogs during the day) booked him & gave him our keys.
Whilst we were away the ‘beast from the east’ hit & the roads in our village became dangerous. Mandy made the decision to leave lots of food out for the cats & take our two dogs to her house for the few days it took for the weather to improve. This was really going above and beyond and we were very grateful.
